4 Comments Home Sweet Home!
Back home after a 10 day long religious + fun trip to some parts of North India!Â
In brief -
Bangalore – New Delhi – Buxar (I was to get down at Mughal Sarai but missed the station…more on that later!) – Mughal Sarai – Varanasi (a.k.a Kashi/Banaras) – Gaya – Bodh Gaya – Varanasi – Sarnath – Varanasi – Allahabad – Ayodhya – Varanasi – Secunderabad – Bangalore
Took tons of photos (1375 to be exact!) and utilised my Canon Powershot S2 IS to the max! Would have taken more photos but was facing a memory shortage crisis (I had five 128 MB SD cards and two 16 MB SD cards). Also made good use of my Creative Zen Vision:M, especially during all the travelling (for music and even movies for longer journeys) and was also able to transfer photos to it at some Internet centre in New Delhi. Unfortunately couldn’t find an Internet centre with a USB port at Kashi or would have transfered more and freed up the cards.
Hmmm….have to go to office today after a long time. Also have a lot of emails and orkut scraps to read and reply to. Will blog more in detail about the trip with photos as and when time permits!
Good to be back!
